EIE is absolutely the best thing to ever happen in my life. So many things are amazing about the program. Life overall is much more relaxing in Israel, and the entire vibe of society is calmer. The school system is better, with more attention put on the individual. There is also the educational opportunity of learning about a place either while there or just before going there. Not to mention that everywhere there are amazing views, especially while #nestled in the Judeaen Hills. The community formed here by all the other students is something that only NFTY could come close to, although the feeling is still not the same. Anyone in NFTY or that has done EIE knows that you cannot explain that type of community to someone not part of it. One last part of EIE that is just incredible is its opportunity for exploring your Jewish identity. I have learned so much about Judaism while here an have been able to figure out what many of my values and beliefs are. I never would have expected it to have such a large impact on my Judaism, but it truly did. Words cannot express how amazing EIE is.
