Wu Style Spear Forms

There are two spear forms in the Jianquan Association curriculum - the 13 spear and the 24 spear. The files below show Ma Yueliang demonstrating the 13 spear form.

• 13spear.mov - This is the Quicktime 4 version of the mpeg file below (with the brightness turned down a bit). For some reason, the Quicktime 4 player won't read that encoding. 16MB.
• 13spear.mpg - This is the original file. The brightness is kinda high on this one. 13.1MB.
