This project was a part of my Master's Thesis titled: "Analysis of Fatigue and Loss of Alertness using Electroencephalography (EEG) signals (pdf)"
The data was collected for subjects doing various tests like auditory response test, stroop test etc. for eliciting mental fatigue over 10 or more continuous sessions.
EEG and other physiological signals were collected from the participants
Ordinal pattern based functional connectivity analysis was carried out along with exploring other motif based features for the same purpose.
We found an increase in alpha band synchronization with fatigue onset using different network parameters.
