Dr. Ahmed Benallal
Benallal Ahmed was born in Douera, Algiers, algeria, on febrary 5, 1958. He received the degree of Engineer in electronics from the Ecole Nationale Polytechique of Algiers, in 1984, the Diplome d’Etude approfondies (DEA) in signal processing and telecommunication in 1985 from the University of Rennes 1, France, and the Ph.D degree in signal processing and telecommunication from the university of Rennes 1, France, in 1989. From 1985 to 1989, he was a research scholarship at the Centre d’Etudes National des Telecommunication (CNET) of France Telecom. From 1989 to 1999, he was a director of research and an Associate Professor with the Electronic department at the university of Blida. From 2000 to 2010, he was teaching , at the Electronic department of the Dammam College of Technology in Saudi Arabia. From 2011, he is a professor at the university of Blida Algeria.
His research interests include adaptive filtering, acoustic echo cancellation, identification, fast algorithms, speech coding and DSP implementation
