The Aardwolf Vacuum Lifter makes lifting easy and safe in all possible working conditions for both machinist and product. It is invaluable in manufacturing and mechanical processing, storehouse and distribution and especially suitable for horizontal transportation.

Smooth and quick handling is assured by using the handle to lift, lower and release the load, while the same vacuum is used to hold and lift the load proper. 1. AVLM1 - Vacuum Lifter

Features:

• Metal structure tilting from 0 to 90° manually.  Either electrically operated vacuum pump, 220 V single-phase or 12/24 V direct current or compressed air operated vacuum pump at a pressure of 6-7 Bars.

• Stainless steel vacuum tank ensuring safe pickup in the event of a sudden power break to the vacuum pump

• Acoustic and visual alarm system.  Independently powered by a rechargeable battery.

• Slider valve with on & off position for the attachment of material to vacuum pads and release of material from vacuum pads

2. AVLP4 - Vacuum Lifter

Features:

• Pneumatic vertical-horizontal tilting from 0 to 90° by a pneumatic piston.

• Stainless steel vacuum tank ensuring safe pickup in the event of a sudden power break to the vacuum pump.

• Acoustic and visual alarm system.  Independently powered by a rechargeable battery.

• Slider valve with on & off position for the attachment of material to vacuum pads and release of material from vacuum pads

3. Aardwolf Vacuum Block Lifter

General:

Powerful battery operated vacuum lifting device for the laying of marble and granite slabs, concrete and the like. Robust and compact, the Aardwolf Block Lifter can be suspended on all types of lifting equipment by means of load hooks, chains, cables and the like.  

Features: 

• The Aardwolf Block Lifter is equipped with a battery operated  vacuum pump. 

• For special purposes, different suction plates are available. 

• Suction plates slide on and slide off, so plates can be changed in less then one minute.

• The carrying capacity is dependant on the suction plate used.  Larger weights can be lifted with larger vacuum plate up to a maximum load of 450 kg.

• Powered by a rechargeable and exchangeable 12V battery. 

• Safety features: Flashing light to warn of low pressure, vacuum gauge, safety vacuum storage tank, acoustic warning device. 

• Pressure switch control system automatically and starts the vacuum pump after start of loss of pressure. 

• Power saving control system allows the battery to last for one working day.  Battery charge indicator indicates battery charged level. 

• Manually operated valve for vacuum "on/off".

4. Aardwolf Series 24 VDC powered 

General:

Aardwolf Series 24 V DC powered vacuum lifters convert fork trucks into vacuum powered lifters for handling all types of sheet, plate, and large panels.

Vacuum lifters are a reliable, efficient and economical means of handling materials, such as glass, stone, metal, concrete, plastics, timber and laminates. The 90 degree rotate is powered by an electric actuator. The units consist of high capacity vacuum pads that can be equipped with a wide assortment of interchangeable pad attachments. They are supplied with a remote control that can be mounted inside the fork truck cab. These are high quality battery operated units, and constructed to comply with the Australian Standard AS4991-2004. They come with an integrated audible and visual alarm safety warning system that operates should any potential incident be identified. The fork pockets have locking screws & the units are supplied with a safety retention chain. Vacuum handling devices are cost effective, more versatile than magnets and more productive than clamps or slings.
