2019 Meeting Information

The 2019 Meeting will include speakers who are experts in their field.

The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM on Friday, May 3rd. The Dr. Betty Wray Lecture and Dinner will be held at 7:00 PM, followed by a social networking period.

The Saturday (May 4, 2019) morning session will begin with breakfast at 7:00 AM and the educational sessions will be held from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

The AAISG Annual Business meeting will be held from 12:00 PM-12:30 PM and All Members are Encouraged to Attend.

The Saturday afternoon dinner program will begin at 7:30 PM. This is a non-CME activity and you are invited to bring your family. Please email the society administrator, Leslie Morris, at AAISG1@gmail.com to let her know how many people will be in your party.

The Sunday (May 5, 2019) morning session will begin with breakfast at 7:00 AM and the educational sessions will be held from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The satellite presentation described below will be held immediately following the 11:00 session. The meeting will adjourn following Dr. Reidl's presentation which will conclude at 12:00 PM.

SPEAKER INFORMATION:

This year's lineup of speakers includes:

Dr. Dennis Ownby, Dr. Brian Vickery, Dr. Hugh Windom, Dr. Jennifer Shih, Dr. Robert Swerlick and Dr. Michael Blaiss. We will also have two presentation by Allergy Fellows from Emory University, Dr. Kristine Vanijcharoenkarn and Dr. Meera Patrawala.

Topics include: Food Allergies, Food OIT, Telemedicine in Today's Practice, Atopic Dermatitis and Urticaria

We will also have a CME certified satellite presentation--Focusing on the Role of Biologics in the Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis. This presentation will be given by Dr. Marc Riedl.

This session is NOT part of the ACAAI CME Program. CME Credit will be provided by The University of California, San Diego School of Medicine.
