House by-laws (applies to both tenant & guests):

·         Share the responsibilities to keep the common area clean and neat

·         No illegal drugs or illegal activities

·         No smoking inside the property

·         No hosting of parties of any kind

·         No willful or negligent damaging of the house or attach or modify existing house (e.g. change of locks). If modification is necessary (e.g. painting), please advise landlord and get permission.

·         Do not interfere with the lawful right, privilege, interest, reasonable enjoyment or impair the safety of another person in the building

·         Do not use the unit in a manner that is inconsistent with its use as residential premises

·         No adjustment of household appliances (i.e. alarm system, smoke detector, entrance communication and entry control system etc), please advise landlord if you have concerns

• Collection: Garbage is collected every other week on Friday

• Location: a huge garbage bins (green) are at the back of the parking lot.

• Important: Place all garbage inside the huge garbage bins.

• Recycling:  Blue recycling bins are collected on an alternate week schedule, every Thursday

• Location: Four big recycling bins (blue) are at the back of the parking lot beside the garbage bin.

• Important: Place all recycling in the bins according to the instruction on the bins  by 4pm on Wednesday to ensure they are collected on Thursday.

• Location: Coin-operated laundry room is located at basement

• Supplies: Bring your own laundry detergent, fabric softener.

• Time: Please do not use the laundry room after 10:00pm to ensure a quiet environment in the building.

• • Close to high way 5 and 105 (Blvd St-Joseph) lead to the heart of Ottawa in five minutes
