Sgt. Lewis Wolfe #129 in the group photo
He was "Cook" for the company, and from Nashville, Tennessee. I now believe the puppy's name was "Jack", as mentioned in the company history. It states that "Sims had the good luck to run across "Jack", the official 841st mascot. These were our days at Le Forestiere." He seems to be cared for by Wolfe here. But in the group photo, Sims is holding him in the front row, 2nd from left.
