Organizers already keep the Hotel rooms for foreigners.

For attendants from foreign countries: Please ask organizer for your room reservation with registration.

For attendants from Japan: Please ask Japanese travel agents (Jaran, Ikkyu, Rakuten, JTB, KNT, etc)

Hotel booking

If you want to stay Palace Hotel Tachikawa, please let us know by checking the Hotel booking when you register.

Although Registration fee does not cover the hotel charge, we are able to book hotel rooms for attendants from oversea.

Hotel charges are approximately JPY 16,000 (Single) to JPY 22,000 (Twin) per night, including breakfast. Palace Hotel Tachikawa offered reduced charges, approximately JPY 12,000 for a single room (18m², bed size 140 x 200 cm) and JPY 18,000 (for 2 persons) for a twin room (24m², bed size 110 x 200 cm) per night, including breakfast.

We reserved limited numbers of the guest rooms, so we cannot guarantee your booking. Therefore, early registration is recommended.
