Add to page 2 item 5 (a) insert v the Constitution to read, that in the event of the Chairman standing down or being unable to represent the association to the best of their ability, due to medical reasons ect, the Vice chairman takes over automatically as Chair until the next AGM.

I propose we change the constitution to, both the Chair and Vice Chair are voted in on different years.

If proposal 8a is agreed, then I suggest the Vice Chairman be voted on at this AGM, to then serve for 2 years, the Chair to remain as voted and stay for the next 12 months then be voted on, as this is the more senior position.
