Terms of Occupancy

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, 3 Part Harvey's is let upon a weekly basis from 4:00pm Saturday until the following Saturday  9:00 prompt. ( to allow plenty of time to thoroughly clean). The number of occupants must not exceed 6 . In the case of single sex groups ( or workers)then only 4 allowed as we have 4 seperate beds.

Bed linen, (duvet, pillow cases, sheets, spare blankets), electricity , logs and barbecue gas are included within our price. You will need to take your own  towels and tea towels.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable, however, in the event of cancellation we will attempt to re-let the property and, if successful, will at our discretion return your deposit.  

If your holiday is booked within 30 days of arrival, the whole fee is due immediately

We are unable to accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property or for accident or injury to guests or their visitors whilst on the premises or in the grounds of 3 Harvey's in Town.

Accidents will happen, and in the event of minor mishaps, we ask only that you inform us of any breakages in order that we may replace the damaged item promptly. However, in the event of material damage to the property or its contents we must retain the right to impose a reasonable charge to return the property to its condition at the beginning of your holiday let.

Under no circumstances are open fires or barbecues permitted in the grounds of 3 Harvey's in Town due to the real fire risk to thatch. We do supply a gas BBQ in the garden for your use.

Our neighbours are our good friends.  Guests are expected to respect the privacy of neighbouring properties and to extend all due courtesy to their occupants at all times.

We do not accept pets unless by prior agreement.

Parking within the grounds of 3 Harvey's in Town is limited to one vehicle within the marked parking space.  Additional vehicles must be parked in the lane.
