Each Senior is special and needs something special. 

Here is a list of accommodations we offer and are open to suggestions that will help your Senior enjoy their years.

(These prices are subject to change at any time due to inflation)

Senior Stall Package : $800

• Soft Cozy 12 x 12 ft Stall (Thickness of Pine Shavings bedded as Vet recommends for the Senior)

• 3F will Provide one Fan

• Pasture Turn Out

• Grained 2x Daily ( 3F Will Follow 3F Vet's combined with 3F's Nutritionists Recommendations) 

  •  Includes Custom Ration of 3F's Choice of Senior Feed, Beet Pulp If Needed, Alfalfa Flake or Cubes Soaked

  •  Supplements Welcome If Owner Provides (We may have recommendations)

• Groom (If Horse has allergies we must be provided with a list or panel)

• Hoof Dressing

• Bathed As Needed 

• Standing Wraps / Basic leg care (Per Vet suggestions only)

(24 Hour Cameras) 

Senior Pasture PACKAGE: $600

• Grained 2X Daily 

Each Package  Includes Automatically: 

• BEMER Sessions (See Holistic Equine Page for more information) 

• Blanketing/ fly sheet (Owner Provides) 

• Round Bale Supplement of 3F's Choice of Hay (West Pastures Only)

• Masks/Fly boots (Owner Provides)

• Fly Spray - Provided by 3F

• Routine Wormer - Purchased from the supplier of 3F choice that our Vet recommends for that time of the year (March, June, Sept, Dec ) 

• 3F Holds for ROUTINE Appointments booked in advance

• Scheduled in for Spring/Fall Vet Clinic (Owner Will Be Billed By EMA For Services) 

  • Vaccines (Twice Yearly if Veterinarian says is needed)

  • Coggins Pulled (Once a Year)

  • Dental Float (Once a Year if Needed)

  • Sheath Cleaning (Once a Year/ as needed)

Note: If you chose not to use any of the services we provide or products we use, it does NOT lower the rate.

Emergencies that will need medical assistance will be billed by EMA 

or Vet on Record for use per contract. Emergencies will have an additional cost depending on situation.
