Dyfi Valley Archery Adventures offers half-day, full-day and evening sessions of field archery (simulated bowhunting) for beginners. The session includes training, equipment and insurance but not transport or accommodation. Experienced archers will introduce you to traditional archery, field style, and when you are shooting safely and confidently will guide you around our beautiful 'big-game' field course in the woodlands of the Dyfi Valley. You will be able to test your skill against realistic two and three dimensional animal targets and pictorial target faces from rabbits to wild boar. Shoot against each other in competition or just have fun; you may use your own equipment, if you have it, by prior arrangement.
There are few more absorbing and relaxing sports which are open to all ages and which take place in such beautiful tranquil surroundings.
A full day session costs £60 per person inc. VAT. A half-day (4 hours including a break if required) costs £40 per person up to a maximum of 5. Larger parties will be divided into more than one group. Corporate enquiries are welcome; guided big game rounds for experienced archers are available by arrangement.
