The activities in Company Section are based around the Discover Programme. The aims of the section is to encourage boys to take part in a fun, balanced and challenging programme; to be recognised for their effort and achievement and to have the change to build trusting relationships.
It's all about learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun. BB provides a safe environment to explore new possibilities and achieve personal goals while making friends and having adventures. Within Discover there are 3 programme zones: community, recreation and skills.

Recreation
Skills
For this award programme, each of the sections have 4 levels. To gain a level, all 24 points must have been gained from the sections (10 from Recreation and 7 from Community and Skills each). 1 point is needed for each of the sub topics, the points that are left over which are needed to get the maximum points in a section can be gained from doing extra time in any of the sub topics in that section. 1 point equals half an hour and only 1 badge from each section can be gained within a 12 month period. If you went over the required amount of time to reach the maximum points in a section, this extra time you spent will not be carried over for the next level.
As you do the Discover Programme, you can achieve other badges as well:
