Customer Agreement
1. All products used by 2Bizi are photo safe including all adhesives, paper, embellishments, pens. All products used are purchased from reputable companies and identified as “photo safe”. Liability for any damage from these products is the responsibility of the supplier or manufacturer.
2. 2Bizi is liable only for the cost of reprinting photographs or negatives in the event that they are damaged by fire, flood, earthquake or other unavoidable disaster. The cost of reprint will be the responsibility of 2Bizi. In the case of irreplaceable photos or memorabilia, the customer agrees to not hold 2Bizi liable and is aware that copies should be made and retained by the customer in advance of the project.
3. All photographs and memorabilia will be mounted into the album using permanent adhesives. Any items the customer does not want to be permanently mounted will be indicated to the designer. These will be placed into the album with photo-safe corners to allow future removal.
4. Photographs and memorabilia may be cut (“cropped”) or altered during the process. Any items the customer wishes to retain intact will be indicated to the designer.
5. The customer is liable for the cost of each page already completed in the event that an order is cancelled. A 50% deposit is required at the time this agreement is signed with the balance due upon completion and delivery of the completed project. If the project is not delivered in person, the balance must be received within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
6. All shipping will be made through via US Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express. 2Bizi will send the completed project registered and insured for the cost of the project. Proof of delivery will be required. 2Bizi is only responsible for the cost of shipping insurance and will not be liable in the event a project is lost or damaged during shipping.
7. Any photographs or other materials not used for the final project will be returned to the customer with the final item.
8. In the event the customer is not satisfied, 2Bizi agrees to redo a total of five pages. All subsequent shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. 2Bizi respects the privacy of its customer. With your initials, you authorize the use of photograph, image scan or customer layouts as samples while maintaining customer privacy. ____initial
