History

Although in its infancy, Mr. Cocina has absorbed the long standing history of Galloping Gourmet Products, which began in the early 1930's as a brass foundry. In 1936, the first Galloping Gourmet catalog was printed and many products were added each year, as Galloping Gourmet evolved into a foodservice equipment and supplies mail order giant. Moving forward, Mr. Cocina will continue to be an industry name you can trust!
