Rehearsal Times

Cast and Crew

Monday, Tuesday Wednesday - evening 6-9:30pm

Thursday and Friday - after school 3pm-6:00pm

Crew Schedule

Mandatory Dates are required!  Saturdays are needed.  During November, December and January, there will mandatory events for training. You will need to attend two out of three of those scheduled events.

Fundraisers

1. Dine to Donate/Guest Bartender at Lightstreet Hotel TBA - 6-8pm

2. Greaser TeaAfternoon Tea at Caldwell Consistory  Date - (Tickets must be purchased in advance), 1pm Tickets $35  Check our Facebook page for more details.

3. Sell Program Ads! ($30 - $100 or more!)

4. Find Corporate Sponsors($250, $500 or $1000)

Monday, January 6: First Rehearsal/One Payment DUE

Thursday, January 23: ALL Cast and Crew Bios are DUE!

Saturday, February 1: Make Up Boxes are DUE! No make up may be shared!

Wednesday, February 3: Mandatory Dress Rehearsals Begin

Monday, February 8: Parent Ads, Corporate Sponsors, Meal Buddy Sponsors DUE 

March 3: Act 1 with Pit

March 4: Act 2 with Pit

March 8: Full Run for 9am to 2pm with Pit

March 10: Previews

March 11: Parent Preview

March 12: Either a run without Pit or a Night off

Thursday, March 13: Show 7:30pm

Friday, March 14: Show 7:30pm

Saturday, March 15: Matinee Show 1pm and Show 7:30pm

Saturday, March 15: Strike with Snacks
