Plan 200A1 The Freedom
A very simple plan with a simple mission: warmth, security, convenience. All needs are met in a small space. The bed may be placed in the optional loft or made to fold down from the wall. Large windows front and back allow views all around. A dining nook and a small kitchen provide the remainder of what is needed for practical living.
Plan 200A2 The Opportunity
Simplicity need not be boring. Even in such a small structure architectural massing can be used for gain. This small shed is not only functional but very beautiful as well. The porch may be open all the way to the roof or a flat ceiling may be installed to allow for extra storage. There's even enough room to sleep up there. The main bed may be hoisted up closer to the dormer to allow for living space below. Windows on all four sides allow views to everything.
Plan 200A3 The Liberty
The Liberty is for those who desire a full connection to the outdoors. A large porch and wide doors opens the living space to nature. Should you be a master craftsman you may want to build the walls themselves to open up. Not only is the porch large but so is the kitchen. Almost 11' of counter space makes this one of the more gourmet sheds. The bathroom too is given a full trifecta of fixtures including space for a clawfoot tub with plenty of views.
Plan 120A1 The Independence
Just because you find yourself limited does not mean you are. In fact, you can go three times beyond your limits. The Independence features a wrap around porch and loft that can drive this space up to 380sf. Sleeping for six is possible. With room for two queens above and a queen futon below you can enjoy recreation without spending a fortune on accommodations.
