War artefacts found at Manor Farm

During renovation and ground works at Manor Farm several WWI artefacts were found. These would have belonged to some of the Batteries which were positioned at Manor Farm during the First World War.

In the beginning of the war they would have been French troops, later on Commonwealth troops (also154 Siege Battery, 11 January - 14 April 1918) and thereafter still German troops (457th Regiment).
