My research work is focused on the study of the flow response of a chiral fluid in a channel bounded by rigid permeable boundaries in the presence of magnetic field/ electric field or both. The basic differential equations governing the flow of a chiral fluid are simplified using thermo-mechanical and electro dynamical assumptions. Then these equations are generalized using suitable dimensionless parameters. These generalized coupled differential equations are solved for the velocity and temperature using analytical and numerical methods. The analytical and numerical results are depicted graphical for various values of dimensionless numbers. The effect of the magnetic field, electric field or both and temperature gradient on a chiral fluid flow is studied by analyzing the nature of plot. The proposed study will be of vital importance in the efficient working of chiral antennas, radar absorbing materials, electrodeposits, development of biomaterials, biointerface materials, artificial organs using chiral polymers, chiral molecular motors, chiral molecular actuators and chiral sensors, self-assembly in chiral nanotechnology and so on.
