Pusat Ulul Albab (PUA) successfully organized UA‑ICE 2024 Series 1 in January 2024 and Series 2 in October 2024. Building on this success, PUA continues its program with UA‑ICE 2025 Series 3, serving as a platform to foster a culture of innovation and creativity grounded in Ulul Albab values.
This program aims to enhance students’ skills, creativity, and innovation from an ijtihad-based perspective, while providing opportunities for lecturers, teachers, and students to share new ideas, knowledge, and creations aligned with the Quranic, encyclopedic, and ijtihadic components.
Furthermore, UA‑ICE serves as a forum to establish a center of excellence for Ulul Albab, encourage a competitive inventive culture, and strengthen strategic networks through intelligent partnerships with ministries, government agencies, NGOs, and educational institutions for the betterment of all.

UA‑ICE 2025 Series 3 is organized as a platform for school students, undergraduates, academics, industry players, and professionals grounded in the Ulul Albab tradition to showcase innovations, creations, and designs within their respective fields.
The implementation of this program supports the Malaysia MADANI aspiration to build a creative, integrity-driven, and knowledgeable society. In this era of technology and globalization, innovation not only empowers education and management, but also cultivates the values of ihsān (excellence), respect, and sustainability—fostering a holistic generation that contributes to national development.
UA‑ICE 2025 Series 3 is a competition highlighting product commercialization, ideas, inventions, and designs that embody high-quality innovation based on the Quranic, Encyclopedic, and Ijtihadik components.
The competition will be judged by a panel of industry and academic experts experienced in innovation, commercialization, and research. The theme of UA‑ICE 2025 Series 3 is “Ulul Albab: Driving MADANI Innovation.”
