• COMPUTER SKILLS: - Computer skills involve learning and handling various technologies. Hardware skills allow me to physically operate a computer and can be as simple as knowing how to turn a device on and off. Next, software skills help me use computer programs and applications efficiently. For example, efficient in using the word, excel, and so on.

• Problem-solving: - Problem-solving skills help me to determine the root cause of a problem and find an effective solution. To solve problems effectively, I need to use several different skills. Among the examples of skills that I can use when solving problems are research, analysis, communication, and so on. Therefore, this will be able to help me in solving the problem.

• Verbal and written communication skills:- Whether it be by phone, email, or face-to-face, being able to communicate your ideas to other people is an important part of most jobs. People with poor communication skills are difficult to work with and can be a nightmare to manage. This is one of the key areas employers assess during job interviews.

• Active listening skills- Active listening is the ability to fully focus on the person speaking, understand their message, understand information, and respond thoughtfully. For example, I need to use active listening skills because it will show colleagues that I am engaged and interested in the project or task at hand.

• Communications Skills - When sharing and receiving various forms of information, I employ my communication skills. For instance, I utilize my communication abilities to express thoughts, emotions, or events that are happening around me. The four Cs of communication are speaking, listening, observing, and empathizing. Therefore, it is crucial to have effective communication skills at every career level and in every field.

• Have a high sense of curiosity - Having a high curiosity is also a strength that I have. When I have a high enough sense of curiosity, of course, I always want to learn new things that trigger me to master new knowledge and skills.

• Through that experience, I was able to communicate with various people. This is because this matter can improve my social skills.

• In addition, I also got the opportunity to develop business-related lessons where it emphasizes teamwork, communication, and time management. Therefore, this experience made me more enthusiastic about doing something.

• Next, the experience I have is participating in post-flood volunteering. This thing can help me in communicating with more people, in fact, it can also help flood victims and people who are in a very difficult situation. Therefore this matter will give me a very meaningful experience for me.

• Moreover, I also have experience in managing a program. I was given the position of the publicity and multimedia committee. My job during the program was to make posters and distribute them on social media. Therefore, this has given me a new experience and can also improve my knowledge in the program.

• I have collaborated with external agencies in several programs.

• I have also worked closely with clients and loved ones to identify challenges and define goals. This has given me a new experience in myself.

• Creativity - Creativity is something that involves new ideas and solutions. For example, I am able to come up with new ideas to improve the design of the company's website.

• Teamwork - Teamwork is the ability to cooperate with others. This is especially important in jobs where you work closely with others to complete tasks. For example, I am able to work with team members to produce assigned tasks.

• Open-minded - Open-minded is someone who is able to think openly and consider new ideas. For example, I am open-minded to learning new technologies to help improve workflow.

• Cooperation - I am very cooperative. I always enjoy doing work and it is one of my strongest traits.

• Responsibility - I want to be a good employee that is to take responsibility and bears the blame if there is a mistake made.

• Honestly- I am very honest. When I feel my workload is too great to accept other tasks, or if I don't understand something, I always tell people smarter than me.

• Leadership- I consider my leadership skills to be one of my greatest strengths. When I was the leader in the group, I managed to merge two teams and organized several trainings for all team members to ensure everyone was confident in their new roles
