This assignment is assessed based on how effectively the case study of Leaning Tower Menara Condong Teluk Intan is analysed using relevant historic preservation theories and principles. Evaluation focuses on the understanding of the tower’s historical significance, physical authenticity, and distinctive leaning condition as key character-defining features. The accuracy and justification of the chosen preservation and rehabilitation approach are assessed based on the tower’s condition and heritage value. The quality of the treatment plan discussion is evaluated through the clarity of conservation strategies applied to the structure, materials, landscape, and surrounding public spaces. Finally, assessment considers how well the community design perspective is integrated, particularly the role of Menara Condong Teluk Intan as a landmark, social space, and symbol of local identity that supports social, cultural, and environmental sustainability
