ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

⭕Abstract must consist of Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, Key Words

⭕Due date for abstract submission is 6 NOVEMBER 2026.

⭕Abstract can be submitted in either English or Malay.

⭕Abstract file must be in Microsoft Office Word only.

⭕Number of words not more than 250 words.

⭕Font: Times New Roman (Size: 12, single line spacing)

⭕Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by scientific committee members.

🔘Each presenter will be allocated 7 minutes for the presentation, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.

🔘Presentations must be delivered in English or Malay.

🔘Please keep your talk focused on the main highlights of your study, as the session chair will strictly enforce the time limit.

🔘Each room will be equipped with a laptop and LCD projector.

🔘Please be in the session room 10 minutes before your presentation to meet the session chair and confirm your schedule.

🔘Please submit your final slides to the conference secretariat by 20 NOVEMBER 2026.

🔘Please prepare a backup copy in a USB format. 

🔘The ePoster must be in landscape orientation.

🔘All content must be in English or Malay.

🔘File format: .jpg only.

🔘Minimum resolution: 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD).

🔘The title should match the submitted abstract and must appear clearly at the top of the ePoster.

🔘There is no fixed template. You may design your own layout, but it is recommended to include sections such as Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.

🔘Please submit your ePoster to the conference secretariat by 20 NOVEMBER 2026.
