GENERAL GUIDELINES
Presentation Format:
Abstract must consist of Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, Key Words.
Due date for abstract submission is 31 August 2026.
Abstract must be in ENGLISH and must be in Microsoft Office Word only.
Number of words not more than 250 words.
Font: Times New Roman (Size: 12, single line spacing)
Kindly ensure all submissions follow the standardized file naming format as follows.
Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by scientific committee members.
All accepted abstracts will be published in MEDICINE & HEALTH JOURNAL(wos)(E-ISSN 2289-5728).

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Presentation Format:
All presentations must be prepared in English.
Freestyle format: You are free to design your slides as you prefer.
The first slide must include the following: Presentation Title, Presenter’s Name, Institution/Organization
Slide Preparation:
Microsoft PowerPoint (MS PowerPoint) is recommended for preparing slides.
Ensure your slides are clear, concise, and visually engaging.
Each presenter will be allocated 7 minutes for the presentation, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
All speakers are required to review their presentations on the PC preview desk within the session room at least 20 minutes before their scheduled presentation.
Speakers must be seated in the front row of the session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
Please submit your final slides to the secretariat by 4 September 2026, 11.59 pm (GMT+8 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

Presentation Format:
All poster must be prepared in English.
There is no fixed template. You may design your own layout, but it is recommended to include sections such as Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
The poster must be in A1 size, and portrait orientation.
The title should match the submitted abstract and must appear clearly at the top of the poster.
Ensure your posters are clear, concise, and visually engaging.
Please submit your final posters to the secretariat by 4 September 2026, 11.59 pm (GMT+8 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).
