Registration and Payment

Registration costs are as follows:

Non EARCOS Members: KRW 650,000 or $460 if paid in USD. 

EARCOS Members pay: KRW 575,000 or $410 if paid in USD. 

This is an extremely competitive rate and the location in Seoul is more accessible than traveling to the United States. All payments will be made via bank transfer, we do not accept credit card payments. Once the bank transfer has been made and confirmed by our Finance Office, a receipt will be emailed.  Please be advised that payment is NON REFUNDABLE once received.

We will begin accepting payments on August 1, 2026. A follow-up email will be sent ahead of that date with your invoice attached.
