The Sioux Central Community School District provides support for students identified as at-risk. The at-risk programs work to help students be successful.

Student Success Coach, Sara Grossnickle, provides support and services at the tier 2 level. The student success coach serves as an individual mentor to students; monitor the progress of students and provide the encouragement and support necessary to enable students to be successful.
