Membership of Library:

• Library membership is given to students for one academic year.

• All teachers appointed are members of Library.

• Membership is also given to Non-teaching staff.

• Associate membership is also given to the staff of other colleges in the campus.

Rules for Students:

• Personal belonging and eatables are not allowed inside the stack section and reading room of the library.

• Books will be issued only on library Borrower cards.

• Students are allotted three books for B. Pharm. and four books for M. Pharm. at a time and he / she will be responsible for the books borrowed on his / her card.

• Books will be issued for 15 days. After 15 days books will be reissued through renewal request,if there is no demand for the same books.

• If a student fails to return the books on or before the return date, he / she will be liable for fine Rs. 2/- per day per book.

• Reference books, Current issues of journals and Magazines will not be issued to students for taking outside the library.

• If a book is lost by the borrower or damaged, new copy of the same book will be recovered.

• If the student loses his/her library borrower cards, she/he will be charged Rs. 50 for new cards after verification.

• Maintain silence in the library.

• Students should return the College Identity card and library borrower cards at the time of no dues submission.

Rules for Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff:

• Every teacher will be issued 05 books of her/his subject taught at a time for a semester.

• Non-teaching staff will be issued 02 books at a time.

• Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Hand Books, Year Books & other reference books/and rare books will not be lent outside the library.

• Library books such as novels, general readings should be returned within a week if demanded by others.

• Current issues of journals, newspapers are not for home lending.

• Multiple copies of the same book will not be issued.

• New books and Journals requirements should be submitted through the Head of the Department to the library.
