The Venue

Simula Research Laboratory is a non-profit research organization based in Oslo, Norway, dedicated to fundamental and long-term research in information and communication technology (ICT). Established in 2001 by the Norwegian government, Simula focuses its research efforts on communication systems, scientific computing, software engineering, cybersecurity, and machine learning. Alongside its commitment to conducting high-level international research, Simula actively applies its findings in both industry and the public sector. Moreover, it plays a crucial role in educating graduate students and postdoctoral fellows through collaborations with partner universities in Norway and internationally.

Plane: Closest Airport is Oslo International Airport. There is Express Airport train from the airport to nearby Nationaltheatret station. 

Train: International connections arrive at Oslo Central Station which is ~1 km to Simula. 

Bus: International busses arrive at Oslo Bussterminal. 

Ferry: Also possible to arrive to Oslo via overnight ferry from Copenhagen or Kiel.
