Jack Grossman

My name is Paris Albrecht, and I am a junior here at Simsbury. Jack approached me over the summer in 2020 about a budding idea to start a school newspaper. We both agreed it would be a wonderful addition to our community. I have always been an avid writer looking to share ideas that are beneficial to society. I am so pleased and happy that our phenomenal team has come together to form this group. I am looking forward to what the future holds with the paper!

My name is Jack Grossman and I am an SHS senior. Aside from being an Editor- in- Chief of the Trojan Times, I am a member of multiple clubs including the SHS Debate Team, Model UN, FBLA, and various chorus and theatre- related clubs. I love hanging out with my friends and family when I have free time. I am very excited to lead this club alongside Paris, Mr. Mudano, and Mrs. Hogan.

My name is Rachel Zhang and I am a senior! My favorite things to do include watching sunsets and playing with my dog. I am also very passionate about the importance of education and am always looking for opportunities to share this important message with others. I love design, whether it be creating extravagant logos or simple sketches, and am super grateful to have had this opportunity to leverage my interests and to help bring back the Trojan Times!

My name is Rebecca Diaz-Matos and I am a senior. Along with doing outreach work for the Trojan Times, you can find me at many other clubs after school such as Model UN, Women’s Empowerment Club, and Hope for the Homeless. I also love to bake, hang out with friends, and spend my summers at overnight camp!
