Mission Buniyaad:-

Mission Buniyaad was launched on 02.04.2018 after the National Achievement Survey (NAS) found that majority of students between Class 3 to 5 in Government Schools did not perform well as per their grade level assessment. A three month long campaign was launched at the beginning of the academic year in April 2018 with the focused goal and exclusive activities to attain the same. Each year, this campaign has contributed significantly to make strong foundation of language and mathematical skills. The school make a special effort to engage with the parents of those of our children who are struggling with learning gaps. This ensures that each child is able to read/write in language and solve basic mathematical operations. Schedule of activities:- Students are grouped according to their academic level into four groups namely New Nishtha, Nishtha, New Pratibha and Pratibha group irrespective of their class in which they are currently enrolled. Upon successful acquisition of skills of particular group, students are moved to next group. This campaign is usually held during summer vacation from 7:30 to 10:30 am every working day but can go way year long if need be. Hindi/urdu and Maths activities is for 1 hour each instead on 90 minutes. The third hour is used for extra-curricular and/or sports activities, creative activities like music/dance/theatre/painting/craft/public speaking/story telling etc are to be organized for children. Regular syllabus shall not be implemented during this phases well.
