Why the VR Ski Hub Exists
The VR Ski Hub exists to help get more people skiing more, together, and coordinating more ski adventures.
It gives us a simple place to see who’s going, join in easily, and make plans without a lot of back-and-forth. When it’s easy to understand the plan and the group, great days on the mountain happen more often.
It does three things well:
• Gets people together: See who’s planning to ski and jump in.
• Clarifies plans: Instantly know who’s going, who’s a maybe, and who’s out.
• Makes coordination easy: Simple RSVPs, clear timing, better logistics.
It’s intentionally lightweight:
• No app to download
• No accounts or passwords
• Just a simple webpage that works on any phone
The goal is simple:
Get more people skiing more, together, and coordinating more ski adventures.

Scheduel a Ski Day or Event
Anyone can schedule a ski day or event.
Tap Create Event, fill out the form, and submit it.
Once submitted, your event will appear on the calendar.
On the form you’ll see an option:
☑ Please send TXT invites
• Leave it unchecked if you just want the event posted to the calendar.
• Check it if you want text invites sent to people.
This gives you two easy options:
• Post quietly to the calendar
• Or post and notify people by text
After an event is posted, people can:
• Click it on the calendar
• Tap RSVP
• Choose Yes, Maybe, or No
It keeps scheduling simple while letting each event decide how much outreach it needs.

Most coordination happens in one place instead of long message threads.
• Flexibility is built in.
You can change your RSVP anytime if plans shift.
• You stay in control of notifications.
Use your Notification Status to pause or stop texts whenever you want.
• No accounts, passwords, or apps.
It’s just a webpage that works everywhere.
The hub is meant to feel easy, low-pressure, and helpful.
It should make skiing together simpler, not more complicated.
