About the role:
The Senior Associate will work closely with a team of 3 other full-time team members and working closely with the SCERT Delhi team to design, facilitate, monitor, document training & design for the entire program. It will also include codifying the program and managing the constant evolution of the program as we move ahead
Responsibilities
Work closely with the team to train and develop staff and Government school teachers across Delhi
Design and implement training workshops, competency frameworks, evaluation tools, etc
that will support the program implementation
Design resources, reports with strong and consistent documentation for teacher training that will effectively support our program implementation
Write journals/articles/blogs to document key insights from the program
Design and facilitate experiences and sessions for the capacity building of government school educators
You must have:
2-3 years of experience in the education sector specifically in teaching, curriculum or teacher training
Empathy, Communication and Interpersonal skills to build relationships and strengthen the work that we do
The wherewithal to work under pressure and be innovative with limited resources
Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite is mandatory

Be willing to take up additional responsibilities outside your profile if need be

Salary and benefits
Compensation will be between Rs 4,50,000 - Rs 6,00,000 based on the experience of the candidate and will include the following perks

About the role:
The system transformation is a multi-year program in partnership with the State Council for Education Research and Training, Delhi (SCERT) under the aegis of the Government of NCT of Delhi. The program aims to reimagine educator professional development across all government schools in Delhi by revamping the operations and process of educator professional development and also including aspects of personalised coaching for educators
The role will entail working with a team of 3 other full-time team members and working closely with the SCERT Delhi team to design, facilitate, monitor, document and manage operations for the entire program.
The individual we’re looking for:
Will be passionate about changing the landscape of educator professional development in India
Will facilitate operations and processes for The Will be able to lead a team of enthusiastic and talented educators and build a culture of achievement and support within the team
You must have:
3-5 years of experience in working in an operations team with a high volume of stakeholders
Experience of working with the government in the past will be an advantage
Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication proficiency in both Hindi & English
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis
Openness to feedback and commitment to unlearn and relearn
The wherewithal to work under pressure and be innovative with limited resources
Patience to navigate all kinds of unprecedented challenges and failures
Readiness to commit for minimum 2 years because it takes time to make a difference
At SEF, you will:
Work closely with the Program Team to train, observe and develop resource staff and teachers under the Educator Professional Development Program in collaboration with SCERT Delhi
Design and create structures and tools that will effectively support our program operations
Design and implement capacity-building workshops, competency frameworks, evaluation tools, etc that will support the program implementation
Work closely with 80,000+ stakeholders to ensure focused and aligned training for all educators
Write journals/articles/reports/blogs to document key insights from the program
You will need to:
Have a strong desire to make a difference

Meet targets and deadlines as required
