Active participation in the wellness initiative will last 2 weeks. Everyone can participate remotely. As part of this initiative you will be asked to:
Complete the sign-up form below
Complete an initial survey about your usual activity throughout the workday and how you feel in general
Take 5-minute activity breaks throughout the workday for 2 weeks in one of the following increments: every 30 minutes, every hour, or every 2 hours
Respond to daily activity break surveys during the 2-week period where you will break-up periods of being sedentary with timed activity (like walking)
Complete a final survey about your overall progress and experience of participating in this wellness initiative
