Regan is in her second year at SLIS in the Archives Management concentration.
Madeline is in her second semester at SLIS with aspirations of being an arts librarian.

Daniel Joudrey, an expert in organizing information, joined the Simmons faculty in 2005 and teaches information organization and cataloging courses. Prior to coming to Simmons, Joudrey was a teaching fellow and research assistant at the University of Pittsburgh for Dr. Arlene G. Taylor, a well-known cataloging authority. Joudrey was also a metadata policy intern at the Library of Congress. Before that, he worked for an international non-profit social services organization.
He is the author for the newly revised and expanded 5th edition of The Organization of Information, and the lead author of the 11th edition of Introduction to Cataloging and Classification. Joudrey writes on education for cataloging and metadata, subject access, and other cataloging topics. He is a member of the American Library Association and the Dewey Decimal Editorial Policy Committee.
Laura Saunders teaches and conducts research in the areas of reference, instruction, information literacy, and intellectual freedom. She has a strong interest in the connections between information literacy and social justice issues, as well as in the impact of mis- and disinformation.
Her books include Reference and Information Services: An Introduction, 6th edition, co-edited with Melissa Wong and the open access textbook Instruction in Libraries and Information Centers: An Introduction, co-authored with Melissa Wong. Her articles have appeared in a variety of journals, including College & Research Libraries, The Journal of Academic Librarianship, and Communications in Information Literacy. Saunders serves as a Trustee for the Somerville Public Library in Somerville, Massachusetts. She is the 2019 recipient of Simmons University’s Provost Award for Excellence in Graduate Teaching.
