High School Registration
Santa Susana High School Campus
High School Registration will be open until May 9th . However, classes are limited and will be filled in order of registration request.
To assure the courses are meeting a graduation requirement and they are A-G eligible, all summer school courses need to be verified by the student's counselor or administrator over the counseling department. In some cases, athletes will also want to confirm the course is NCAA eligible.

Credit Recovery
At the high school level, summer school is designed mostly for credit recovery. These courses can be taken at any accredited high school or college (online or in-person). Students who earned a grade of “F” during the school year will need to make up the credits in order to graduate. Students who earned a grade of “D” may make up the grade in order to remain A-G eligible.
Get-Ahead Courses
Get-ahead core classes (English, Math, Science, or Social Science) must be taken at either the Simi Valley Summer School or at a college (online or in-person). All non-core, get-ahead classes can be taken at any accredited high school or college.
Note: All credit recovery and get-ahead summer courses must have counselor verification. If courses are impacted, credit recovery students will have priority.
Varsity Sports
Athletic classes will be offered to members of the High School athletic teams. Athletic sign ups are NOT on the google form. If you are hoping to join an athletic team, you need to contact the coach at your school about tryouts. Students who are in athletic classes will need to fill out a master agreement to confirm enrollment. See the Varsity Sports Page for more information.
Summer School courses are run based on student need. If a course does not meet the minimum requests, we cannot offer the course.
