STAFF CARE SERVICES
COACHING
A conversational process to assist an individual or team in meeting personal or professional goals. Coaching can address a variety of topics such as leadership, transitions, teaming, communication, cultural adjustment, and spiritual development.
SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
When you are seeking guidance for your spiritual walk, or looking for ideas and strategies to recover or improve spiritual health.
TCK SUPPORT
When you are looking to consult and receive support in caring for your children on the field, from their emotional to their educational needs.
END-OF-TERM DEBRIEF
When you would like to review and process your term and prepare for upcoming transitions.
MENTORING
When you are seeking one-on-one guidance for professional development and increasing your skills and capacity in your work role.
CONFLICT MEDIATION
Conflict in the workplace happens. Sometimes it's helpful to get support in facilitating conversation, finding resolution, and restoring relationships.
BRIEF "WELLNESS CHECKUP"
Brief 1-2 sessions to review how things are going, take a stress assessment, and collaboratively set goals for maintaining or improving well-being.
COUNSELING

Brianna White is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Child Mental Health Specialist, who grew up as a TCK in Ukarumpa. Through Intrepid Counseling, she brings qualified, culturally appropriate, professional care to young people who either have no access to mental health care at all where they live, or want to work with someone who understands life as a TCK.Cornerstone Counseling Foundation
Provides confidential and professional counseling, consultation, and training from a Christian perspective for individuals, marriages, families, teams, and organizations.The Red Sea Counseling and Member Care Center
Provides counselling, member care services, training and support for missionaries and Christian workers who are or have been serving in the field cross-culturally (usually overseas) to keep them on the field or to help them return to the field with a view to fulfilling the Great Commission (Matt 28:16-20) and the Great Commandment (Matt 22:36-40). Life Journey Centre's goal is to provide services for the emotional well-being of individuals, couples and families serving locally and cross-culturally.Places for an individual retreat
Jesuit centers such as Seven Fountains in Chiang Mai or Kingsmead in Singapore may be a good option if want a place for an individual retreat. These centers also have spiritual directors available to help with your retreat.
