Required Documents

Students MUST prepare the following documents before applying.

1. Application Form and Statement of Purpose (in PDF format)

2. Latest official transcript (in PDF format)

3. Copy of English proficiency score (in PDF format)

4. Resume/CV (in PDF format)

5. Certificate of registration certifying that you are a student at SIIT (in PDF format)

6. Recommendation letter from your academic advisor or program chairperson (in PDF format)

REMARKS:

 *Recommenders can use their own format of letter or use this format (Click here to download)

  **In case it is confidential, the recommenders can send the recommendation letter to inter@siit.tu.ac.th directly.

7. Scanned passport or copy of citizen ID (in PDF format)

10. Confirmation Letter from Student's Guardian (undergraduate student only) (Click here to download)

* Student's guardian must sign the confirmation letter and the student must upload this letter in the online application form.

11. Confirmation form regarding the Publication Requirements (graduate student only) (Click here to download)
12. Additional documents from host university (if any)

** Applicants may be required by the host university to submit additional documents or an English proficiency score beyond SIIT’s requirements. Please be prepared to provide any information or documents requested by the host university .
