• Please maintain a composed demeanor.
• Graduates who are seated in the front row but have not yet received their diplomas should sit up straight and clasp their hands right over left.
• Do not talk, doze off, slouch, or extend your legs comfortably while seated.
• Refrain from engaging in disruptive behavior with fellow graduates.
• Do not leave your seat to go to the restroom. Please make sure to prepare in advance before entering the assembly hall.
• If you feel unwell or become sick, please inform the faculty staff.
• Pay attention to the signals given by the stage personnel in the main assembly hall.
• Cooperate with the instructions of the staff members at all times.
• Graduates must participate in rehearsals on the days, times, and locations specified by the university, and they must dress appropriately according to the prescribed regulations.
• Please be punctual and arrive on time as scheduled.
• There will be attire inspections throughout the full rehearsal day (to provide guidance on what needs adjustments for the actual ceremony), as well as on the actual ceremony day. Regarding the hairstyle on the rehearsal day, it should be neat and modest. Please note that this rehearsal day is a group photo session, so it is recommended to style your hair as you would on the actual ceremony day, in a way that you find beautiful and appropriate.
• During the rehearsal, there will be seat arrangements to simulate the actual ceremony. Do not bring any belongings into the assembly hall. You may bring communication devices into the hall but must keep them on silent mode without disturbing others. The university will not be responsible for any loss, and items or burdens cannot be left in the hall during both the rehearsal and the actual ceremony.
• Graduates who do not follow the university's instructions may have their graduation ceremony revoked.
• The university does not allow graduates to bring any personal items into the hall on the day of the ceremony unless they have obtained permission from the university. For example, medications with a medical certificate stating the need for them may be allowed.
• Graduates should prepare one or more face masks for personal use. There is no specific color requirement; it should be a type that is modest. The university will provide face masks for all graduates in the assembly hall (distributed upon entry).
In cases where a graduate's situation differs from the general practice, they must fill out a form and submit it to their faculty for consideration. Examples include dressing in attire of a different gender, wearing a white uniform, having eye and hair colors different from the specified colors, needing to carry medication or medical devices, having disabilities or assistive equipment, or other exceptional cases.
