Activate the TU e-Thesis account: Students need to contact the school secretary to activate the account before logging in to the TU e-Thesis System.
Submit the thesis file: Students need to upload their thesis files to the TU e-Thesis system in order to receive the thesis files with the Reference code.
Note: Students can upload their thesis files 3 times per day.
Send the thesis file for format checking: Students need to submit their thesis files, containing the Reference code for format checking to Thesis Submission for Format Checking
Check the thesis format: The librarians need to review students' thesis files for correctness and general format for at least 3 working days or more, depending on the thesis preparation and the volume of requests for format checking.
If the thesis formats are checked and need to be revised, students will receive the comments by email. Once theses have been revised, students need to submit the revised files to the TU e-Thesis System to get a new Reference code and resubmit them to Thesis Submission for Format Checking for format checking again.
If the thesis format is accepted, an email will be sent to the student with the Reference Code and the E-Thesis Format Checking Report attached.
Contact the School Secretary for the next step in the process.
Register & submit the final thesis file: Students need to re-login to the TU e-Thesis System for registering and uploading the final thesis files with the approved Reference code. [Register process manual] or [Infographic]
Important: The thesis cannot be edited or revised once it has been registered and submitted to TU e-Thesis System.
