All About Us

Hi! I'm Merry Davis, and this is my second year at SCS. My family transferred here last summer from Daphne, Alabama, but we are originally from Knoxville, Tennessee (Go Vols!). My husband, Seth, is an Electronics Technician in the Coast Guard. We have a daughter, Maggie, who will be in 6th grade at Sigsbee this year.  We love to be on the water and are so excited to be living in the Keys!

I have been teaching since 2009. Moving around has allowed me to serve students in many different positions, including Pre-K, 2nd grade, 6th grade, student support services, and teaching English Language Learners. I earned my Bachelors (History) and Masters (Teacher Education) degrees from The University of Tennessee, my English Language Learners endorsement from GWU, and my Education Specialist degree from The University of Virginia.

Hi I’m Ms. Molly, this will be my seventh year at Sigsbee.  I’ve been working in education for over ten years now.  I have a son named Asher, in 6th grade at Sigsbee. I love going to the beach and soaking in the H2O.  I love to travel. I often explore new places and countries during school breaks.  I’m very excited for this upcoming school year and look forward to the Stingrays class of 27/27.
