Whether an employee works full or part-time, in an administrative, teaching, or support category, the skills and commitment you bring to your job make an important contribution to our goal of providing excellence in education to the children and families of Sigsbee Charter School (SCS) and Key West, America’s Southernmost City.
Sigsbee Charter School is comprised of grades K-8. A Charter School is a tax funded public school of choice. The school is governed by a Board of Directors and is designated for tax purposes as a non-profit. As a school of choice, families must opt in to enroll students at SCS; no student is automatically assigned to SCS. While charter schools provide an alternative to other public schools, they are part of the public education system. An employee of the Sigsbee Charter School can expect a fair and equitable salary, competitive benefits and the opportunity to be a part of the best that public education has to offer. We are pleased to have you as a member of our team and hope that you find that the satisfaction gained from doing your job matches the effort you put into your work.
