I am from northwest Ohio and moved to Key West in July 2023 to join the Sigsbee team as a reading intervention specialist. This is my fourth year here and I love being part of the Sigsbee school and community. I have been a teacher for 28 years in many different positions including teaching preschool, Title 1 Reading, college instructor, K-5 special education, and Literacy Coach. I received my B.S. in Education and M.Ed in Special Education from Bowling Green State University. I have three grown, young adult sons whom I adore. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, cycling, swimming, snorkeling, meditation, working out, music/dance, reading, plants, nature, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. I am excited for another great year here at Sigsbee!
