Take-home folders will be sent home every day. Please check your child’s folder each evening for completed work, important notices, and any forms that may need to be signed or returned. Students should bring their folder back to school each morning.

Students are encouraged to read for at least 20 minutes each evening. Reading together, discussing the story, and practicing familiar words all help build strong readers.

Students should arrive on time and ready to begin the day. Please notify the school office of any dismissal changes. If your child will be absent, please contact the school office or email Mrs. Bush.

Students should bring a backpack, lunch box, refillable water bottle, daily take-home folder, and snack to school each day. Because our lunch period is not until 1:00 p.m., a daily snack is especially important to help students stay comfortable and focused throughout the morning. We do not assign homework, but students should return their take-home folder to school each day.
