Hi, my name is Melissa Menicocci, but I have gone by Ms. M since my first year in the classroom.  I grew up in Gloucester Massachusetts, which is a small island just north of Boston. I am an avid reader, I enjoy cooking, fishing and being out on the boat enjoying this beautiful slice of paradise that I get to call home.  Each Sunday in the fall you can count on me cheering on The New England Patriots.                       I am a proud member of PATSNATION!! 

I earned my undergraduate degree from Fitchburg State College and later went on to earn my Masters of Math Education from Lesley University. I have been working in the educational field for 24 years.  I am professionally certified to teach K-5 as well as Mathematics grades 5-9.  I have taught math from the 4th grade level, all the way to High School.  This will be my 7th year working at Sigsbee Charter School, and I will be returning to work with the intervention team as the K-8 Math Interventionist.
