Dr. Stair comes to us from Pennsylvania.  After High School he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was a Crew chief on CH-46E Helicopters. He was honorable discharged from the Marines in 2000.  Dr. Stair received his Bachelors Degree from Bloomsburg University in Elementary Education with a concentration in mathematics.  He received his Masters Degree in Educational Administration with a Principal certification from Cheyney University and his Doctorate Degree from Immaculata University receiving his Superintendent certification. He has been in education for the past 18 years.  He started his career teaching for the School District of Philadelphia as an elementary math teacher.  Over the course of his career Dr. Stair has served as a school based teacher leader, dean of students, principal and superintendent.  His wife is Venus, son Noah and two daughters Oriana and Sophie.  During his spare time Dr. Stair enjoys fishing, boating, camping, going to the beach and traveling.
