Meet Mrs. Kane

Hi, I am Mrs. Kane and I am from from Fairfax, Virginia!  I earned both my Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA, and then returned back home to Fairfax where I taught 1st grade for 5 years.  I am now entering my 12th year at Sigsbee, having taught 1st grade for 3 years and Kindergarten for 8 years! 

My husband and I enjoy fishing, stone crabbing and diving for lobster on our boat... and of course going to the sandbar!  We love making memories with our best pups Luna and Skipper, camping, beaching & cheering on the Orioles, Redskins and CAPS! 

I am looking forward to another amazing year of sunshine and glitter in Kindergarten at Sigsbee!

I am Ms. Bo, I am 42 and I have been living in Key West for 16 years.  I am married and have 2 kids.  I have volunteered and substituted at Sigsbee and was the Jellyfish Class Support Teacher for 5 years.  I'm from Myanmar.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business at Yangon University in Myanmar.  In my spare time, I love to read, cook and walk around the beach with my kids.
