Members at Highland Woods have the option to transfer their amenity privileges to their tenant(s) for use of all amenities such as golf, dining, bocce, racquet sports, pools, spas, fitness, etc. You have the option to purchase the Transfer of Membership and it is required for the tenant(s) to access Club amenities beyond the member's residential unit. The Transfer of Membership must be for a minimum of thirty (30) days.

All renters must complete a Heathermoor II HOA application at least 5 days prior to move-in. The application process includes:
Application Fee: $150 (non-refundable, payable to Compass Rose Management)
Required Information: Personal details, 3 personal references (non-relatives), emergency contact
Processing Time: Minimum 5 days (rush processing available for $50 additional fee with less than 1 week notice)
Restrictions: Maximum 6 occupants. No pets allowed for renters. Single-family residential use only.
