PRIVACY POLICY

G-Alert Mobile Application

SiFe Engineering ("SiFe Engineering", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information associated with your use of the G-Alert mobile application ("G-Alert" or the "App").

G-Alert is a device-configuration utility designed to assist users in configuring compatible GSM-based alert, alarm, and tracking devices through SMS commands.

This Privacy Policy explains what information G-Alert handles, how that information is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.

1. ABOUT G-ALERT

G-Alert provides a guided interface for preparing configuration commands for compatible GSM devices.

When you select a command, G-Alert prepares the required SMS content and recipient and opens your device's messaging application. You can review the message and decide whether to send it.

G-Alert is designed to operate primarily through local, on-device processing and does not require a user account or a G-Alert backend server to perform its core functionality.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

SiFe Engineering does not collect personal information through G-Alert.

G-Alert does not transmit your saved device configuration or other locally stored App information to SiFe Engineering.

The App does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, physical address, or other personal information in order to use its core functionality.

3. INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE

G-Alert may store information locally on your Android device to provide its functionality and remember your configuration between sessions.

This may include:

• Device names that you create within the App

• Phone numbers associated with your configured devices

• Device configuration information

• Information from device responses that you choose to enter or save in the App

• App access credentials required to protect access to the App

• Relevant timestamps associated with saved device information

This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to SiFe Engineering through G-Alert.

The information is used solely to provide and support the App's functionality.

4. SMS AND MESSAGING

G-Alert does not directly access or manage your SMS inbox.

When you select a supported command, G-Alert prepares the SMS recipient and message content and passes the message to your device's messaging application.

You remain responsible for reviewing and sending the message.

G-Alert does not automatically or silently send SMS messages on your behalf.

The App does not require the following SMS permissions:

• SEND_SMS

• READ_SMS

• RECEIVE_SMS

G-Alert does not read your SMS inbox, message history, or incoming personal messages.

If a compatible GSM device sends a response, G-Alert does not automatically retrieve that response from your SMS inbox. Any information that you choose to enter or save in G-Alert is handled locally on your device.

Your device's messaging application and mobile network provider operate independently of G-Alert and may process SMS messages in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

5. APP PERMISSIONS

G-Alert is designed to minimize access to device information.

The App does not require access to:

• SMS messages

• Contacts

• Location

• Camera

• Microphone

G-Alert's core functionality is designed to operate without access to these permissions.

The App uses local application storage for information necessary to provide its configuration and device management features. The user manual included with the App is available for offline use.

If future versions of G-Alert require additional permissions or introduce functionality that materially changes how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. INTERNET AND NETWORK CONNECTIVITY

G-Alert does not require an online G-Alert account or backend server for its core device-configuration functionality.

Your locally stored G-Alert configuration information is not uploaded to or stored on SiFe Engineering servers through the App.

Where the App does not require network connectivity for a particular feature, that feature operates locally on the device.

If future versions introduce online services or transmit information over the internet, the applicable data practices will be described in an updated Privacy Policy.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

G-Alert does not use third-party services for advertising, user profiling, behavioral tracking, or analytics.

G-Alert does not sell, rent, or share your locally stored App information with third parties.

Third-party applications and services that you independently use with G-Alert—including your Android operating system, messaging application, mobile network provider, or other applications installed on your device—operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. DATA RETENTION

Information stored by G-Alert remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's stored data, or uninstall the App, subject to the normal operation of the Android operating system.

You can manage or remove locally stored information using the functionality provided by the App or through your Android device settings.

SiFe Engineering does not maintain a remote copy of your locally stored G-Alert configuration information.

9. DATA SECURITY

We design G-Alert to minimize the amount of information that leaves your device.

Because information handled by G-Alert is primarily stored locally, the security of that information also depends on the security of your Android device.

We recommend that you:

• Use a secure device screen lock or passcode.

• Keep your Android operating system up to date.

• Keep G-Alert updated to the latest available version.

• Protect your G-Alert access credentials.

• Avoid sharing your unlocked device with unauthorized persons.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, G-Alert is designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of user information.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

G-Alert is a general-purpose device-configuration utility and is not specifically directed toward children.

G-Alert does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users through the App.

Because G-Alert does not require users to create an account or submit personal information to SiFe Engineering, the App's core functionality does not involve the collection of personal information from children.

11. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Because G-Alert does not maintain a server-side account containing your App configuration information, most information associated with G-Alert remains under your control on your device.

You may:

• Modify or delete saved device information using available App functionality.

• Change your App access credentials.

• Clear G-Alert's stored data through Android settings.

• Uninstall G-Alert from your device.

Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App may permanently remove locally stored information. We recommend retaining any information you may need before performing these actions.

Information that you independently copy, export, screenshot, or share outside G-Alert is no longer controlled by the App and may remain in the location to which it was transferred.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in G-Alert's functionality, data practices, applicable requirements, or other operational considerations.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, we will revise the Effective Date displayed at the beginning of the policy and publish the updated version at the designated privacy-policy URL.

We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy for the latest information about G-Alert's privacy practices.
