Our family’s life was changed forever when my daughter, Sidney, was born.  Sidney was born three months premature. She has a disability or unique ability including a hearing impairment and developmental delays. Unlike some other families with children born premature, our family never spent a major holiday in the hospital. Because of this, we decided to bring joy and the holiday spirit to families in the NICU at Christmas.  Sid's PLACE was created to reach more  families of children born premature and/or with unique abilities.
